Account requirements and eligibility

When you join poketoto, we require identity verification. You must provide a valid Indonesian identification document and phone number. We use this information to confirm your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Verification is a one-time process; once your account is approved, you can deposit and wager immediately.

You represent that you are of legal age and comply with your jurisdiction's laws governing gaming and wagering. poketoto does not accept accounts from individuals in jurisdictions where our services are prohibited by law. If we discover that you have opened an account in violation of these restrictions, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and forfeit any balance.

Our poketoto deposit and withdrawal policies

Our poketoto liability and dispute resolution

poketoto operates our platform on an "as-is" basis. We maintain standard security practices for account access, deposits, and data storage, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If you experience technical issues affecting your wagers or account balance, contact our support team immediately. We investigate technical disputes and, if we find a system error that affected your balance, we correct it.

We limit our liability for indirect damages. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or consequential damages arising from your use of poketoto. Our total liability for any claim does not exceed the amount you deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all disputes, whether arising from technical issues, settlement disagreements, or account access problems.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in supported jurisdictions. Any dispute arising from your use of poketoto is subject to the jurisdiction where you created your account and where we operate. You agree to resolve disputes through our internal dispute-resolution process first. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes proceed to applicable local arbitration or court proceedings.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the poketoto website. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. If you object to changes, you may close your account. We will hold your balance in escrow for 90 days, after which unclaimed balances are forfeited in accordance with local law.

Account suspension and closure on poketoto

We may suspend or close your poketoto account if you violate these terms, attempt fraud, use prohibited payment methods, or access our platform from a restricted jurisdiction. If we suspend your account, we notify you and provide an opportunity to respond within seven days. If the violation is confirmed, we may permanently close the account. Any balance is held subject to local law; balances associated with fraud or prohibited activity may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We do not require a reason. Upon closure, your account balance is held for 90 days pending final verification. After 90 days, if unclaimed, the balance is handled according to applicable regulations. We do not offer partial account closures—closing your poketoto account terminates access to all games and sportsbook markets. Our support team is available in English and Indonesian to answer questions about account closure or any other terms. Services are available only where local law permits.
